Ramsay leads the firm’s UK and European operations. He is best known for his work on the restoration of The Savoy London, as well as the new-build Four Seasons Baku and Regent Porto Montenegro whilst at ReardonSmith.
He brings 25 years’ worth of experience to the practice, having been involved in a portfolio of iconic projects throughout London and key markets within Europe. With a breadth of completed hospitality project work, including previous work in Spain on Travelodge developments in Barcelona & Valencia, he has significant international expertise.
Ernesto Romano is an architect with a degree from IUAV in Venice and over 15 years’ experience in interior design projects. Based in London for the past 14 years, he has specialised in the super prime hospitality and high-end residential sectors. Passionate about exquisite finishes, he excels in sourcing the most unique materials and bespoke solutions, bringing a refined and tailored approach to every project. He has extensive FF&E design and sourcing experience.
An experienced interior designer with a career that began in furniture design, Franziska has spent over 15 years specialising in a wide range of 5 star luxury hospitality projects alongside exclusive residential projects for royalty and UHNW clients. With a passion for the intricate detailing and design processes that bring spaces to life, she brings honed technical skills with delivery and site experience to bring client visions to reality. Fluent in English, Spanish and German, she brings a unique, diverse and versatile skillset to every global project.
Juneyt is an accomplished architectural and interior designer with over 20 years’ experience in designing luxury hotels, resorts and residential developments across Europe.
His experience extends from master-planning resorts with 3- dimensional design skills, to bespoke private homes and villas, creating well-functioning and imaginative layouts for both the hospitality and residential sectors. Most recently he worked for HKS Architects and MKV Design in London.
